  • In order to make the most of our week together there are a few things that must be in place before we get started. These things include:

    • Already having branding in place

    • Having a library of brand photos to work with (even if they’re stock photos)

    • Having your web copy (words) ready to go at least 1 week in advance

    If all of those things are ready to go then you’re all set.

Our semi-custom web experience provides you with a thoughtfully designed Squarespace website on a 3-day timeline. These sites are perfect for those who:

  • want a beautiful, credible online presence without the investment of a fully custom build

  • value speed, structure, and simplicity

Built on the foundation of one of our Wildling Squarespace template, these sites offer you a professional online presence without the investment of a fully custom build. Each site is customised with your content, imagery, and brand elements, then tweaked and refined to feel cohesive, intentional, and just like you.

    • Content Planner: to help you hone your messaging and create compelling copy for all of your web pages.

    • 5-Page Responsive Website: Customization of a 5 page Squarespace website (includes  Home, About, Services, Blog, and Contact - a shop can be added on if required)

    • Creative Direction: an ultra mini brand experience for those who do not already have a brand or visual identity in place. This ensures we have the visual foundation we need to build your new site and will be required for all projects who do not have branding in place before we get started.

    • E-Commerce: if you plan on selling 1-30 products we can set up an e-commerce experience for your website as well

  • In order to make the most of our time together there are a few things that must be in place before we get started. These things include:

    • Already having branding in place (a logo, typography & colours) OR adding on Creative Direction

    • Having a library of brand photos to work with (even if they’re stock photos)

FAQs

  • Yes!

    A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the calendar. The remaining 75% of your invoice is automatically split into 2 monthly payments.

  • It depends on your needs.

    For service providers we work with Squarespace. Here’s why:

    • it’s the most user-friendly post launch

    • it has robust built in features

    • it has powerful e-commerce features suitable for service providers who also have anywhere from 1-30ish products (if you have or plan on selling more than that, we recommend using Shopify)

    For product based businesses we build robust Shopify sites to meet the demands of advanced shipping requirements, discount codes, and other features that need to be prioritized for online sales.

  • For brand projects additional expenses may include custom fonts (ranging in price from $30-100 CAD), and any printing costs for things like business cards or other brand collateral pieces.

    For web projects additional expenses will include

    • Squarespace web subscription

    • Domain cost

    And may include

    • Custom email address costs

    • Email marketing software fees

    • Scheduling software fees

    • Membership fees

    • Payment processing fees

    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software fees

  • Empowerment is our number two core value (right after comfort) which means we do everything we can to make sure you feel comfortable and empowered to maintain your site on your own.

    All custom web builds include a library of video tutorials unique to your site so you have all the information you need to be able to make changes and edits on your own. That being said, we will always be here to support you however you may need it post-launch. If you’re afraid of going into the site or don’t have the time and would like us to make updates and edits as necessary, we are happy to do that (site updates are only offered to past web clients and are billed hourly).

Branding projects and custom web builds typically book 1–2 months in advance while web intensives often have openings within the month. Photography sessions can usually be scheduled with as little as two weeks’ notice.
