Capulet Properties is a realtor team based out of the lower mainland specializing in luxury real estate. My role within Capulet Properties began as casual social media support - scheduling posts and creating a cohesive feed using a mix of their own photos, photos of their properties, quotes, and stock images.

Using their established brand guidelines my role expanded and I then began creating content for them in the form of property brochures, branded social media content, and promotional materials. I also attended a few of their video shoots to photograph the events and provide them with more content for their site and social media feeds.

In terms of Virtual Assistance, I update new listings as they are available and switch out photos as requested.

Social Media Graphics

Using their brand guidelines - fonts & colours - and their photography, I create graphics to sprinkle throughout their Instagram feed. We have templates for quotes, “Just Sold” posts, new listings, and price reductions. I started created each graphic in Illustrator but to make it easier for them update and edit on their own, I moved all the designs to Canva.
