I just have to say it:
You probably don’t need this journal.
There are all sorts of ways you can process and integrate your therapy work that don’t require the purchase of a new journal.
That said, if you find yourself ruminating or stuck on looping thoughts after you leave your therapy sessions and are looking for a more intentional bridge between sessions and “real life,” this journal might just be a nourishing and supportive companion for you.
Disclaimer: This journal is not meant to serve as yet another practice to add to your life in order to find or achieve some elusive state of wellness. There are enough self-help resources out there for that. These journals are simply meant to offer a unique way of connecting with yourself as you journey through the process of crossing thresholds, leaning into conscious discomfort, and re-membering your Self.
