Color Palette: A curated selection of primary, secondary, and accent colors, complete with specific color codes for easy application on socials and web

Brand Usage Guide: An in depth instruction manual detailing the application of visual identity elements, ensuring cohesive brand presentation

These experiences are different for everyone but below is the loose schedule we typically follow:
Days 1 & 2 are spent crafting a strategy overview to guide the design process.
Days 3-4 are for the concept development process.
Day 5 is for refining.
Days 6-7 are for building out.
Day 8 is for final approvals.
Day 9 is spent building out your guidelines.
Day 10 is deliverables day!

Yes!
A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the calendar. The remaining 75% of your invoice is automatically split into 2 monthly payments.

Typically no. I believe in building visual identities that are thoughtful, cohesive, and strategically crafted.
That said, there have been a handful of cases in which standalone logo design has been made available.

For brand projects additional expenses may include custom fonts (ranging in price from $30-100 CAD), and any printing costs for things like business cards or other brand collateral pieces.

Now booking projects for 2026
Branding projects and custom web builds typically book 1–2 months in advance while web intensives often have openings within the month. Photography sessions can usually be scheduled with as little as two weeks’ notice.
